The Worst things are just getting "Better n better"

11th May'08 Monday.

Particulats of Offence: You did throw a ciggerate butt into a flowerbed in a public place, contray to section 17(1)(a) of the Environment Public Health Act (Chapter 95).

TAKE NOTICE that you are required to attend personally before Subordinate Court No.26N at 1 Havelock Square, Singapore 059724 on 01/07/2008 at 6.00pm to answer a charge in respect of the above mentioned offence. If you without cause fail to appear before the Court on the said date and time, a warrant for your arrest may be issued and you may be liable to a penalty not exceeding $2,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 months.!

14th May'08 Wednesday.

The worst injury i've gt since basketball came into my life.. X-rayed! And the MOST lonely injury i've gt since birth. No one accompanyed me to see Doc.! How sad!


LEFT ANKLE
1.Soft tissue swelling is observed laterally and minimally elapsed.
2.Bones are intact.
3.Gerneral bony architecture and joint space appear normal.
4.Ankle mortise presents normal features.

COMMENTS
1.Other than the soft tissue swelling, there is no bony traumatic sequel suggested.
2.Ankle joint appears stable.
